1. Eligibility: Guests and attendees at the Great American Dog Show are eligible
to enter the Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing for two Pet Therapeutics / ProEdge sofas
during the Great American Pet Show in August 2023. Participants must be of
legal age (18 or older) and residents of the United States. Participants must be
able to pick up and transport the sofa from the McCormick place show venue the
last day of the show. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
2. Entry Guidelines: Scan the QR code and enter the required information
including name, email address and cell number. Only one entry per person will
be accepted. Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing winners will be notified via text message
to the cell phone number provided. Your personal information will not be shared
with a 3 rd party but may be used for promotional mailing by Pet Therapeutics.
3. Entry Deadline: The entry deadline is 12 pm CST on Sunday, August 27, 2023
4. Prize Details: The Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing will include two individual winner(s).
Each will receive one (1) large ProEdge sofa in grey color, #CO3374-GRY, size:
42” x 26.5” x 13.5”. The retail value of each sofa is $499.99. Each sofa will be
awarded to randomly selected Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing winners. Promotional
images may vary from actual product. The actual product may be viewed on the
show floor in the Grooming, Vendor Village and VIP areas.
5. Drawing Ticket Price: There is no ticket and no cost to enter Luxury Pet Sofa
Drawing. This is not a raffle, no cost to enter.
6. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter the Luxury Pet
Sofa Drawing. Scan the QR code and enter the required information.
7. Winner Selection: The two Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing winners will be selected
using a digital randomizer application. The Randomizer application will be started
after 12PM CST on August 27, 2023. The Randomizer will select the Luxury Pet
Sofa Drawing winners.
8. Winner Notification: The Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing winners will be notified by
text message after 12PM on August 27, 2023. The Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing
winners will have until 3PM CST August 27, 2023, to pick up the merchandise
from the Vendor Village area of the Great American Dog Show. The winners
agree to forfeit their prize if for some reason the winner(s) is a no-show to claim
their prize by 3pm 8/27.
9. Winner Publicity: By entering the Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing, the winner agrees
that winner's name or likeness may be used for publicity purposes and any
related requirements.
10. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities: The Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing winner is
solely responsible for all taxes or legal obligations related to the prize.
11. Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing Details: The Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing is being
conducted by Pet Therapeutics as a publicity event at the Great American Dog
Show during the show days of August 25, 26 & 27, 2023.
12. Compliance with Local Laws: All Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing participants must
comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws for the City of Chicago,
State of Illinois, in the USA.
13. Amendments: Pet Therapeutics reserves the right to make changes to the terms
and conditions of the Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing and substitution of product.

14. Disputes: Disputes may be submitted in writing by email to
info@pettherapeutics.net. Pet Therapeutics has the final resolution decision in
all disputes.
15. Disclaimer: The Great American Dog Show Auction is not sponsored, endorsed,
or administered by any other organization or company except Pet Therapeutics.
16. Liability and Indemnification: By entering the Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing you
agree that Pet Therapeutics and their representatives or agents are the final
arbitrators of disputes.
17. Void Where Prohibited: The Luxury Pet Sofa Drawing is void where prohibited
by law.
