1. Eligibility: Any pet hotel, pet resort, pet lodging facility or veterinary practice in the Continental
United States.
2. Participants must be of legal age (18 or older) and residents of the United States.
3. Participants must be able to scan the QR code provided.
4. Only one entry per person and company will be accepted.
5. Entry Guidelines: Scan the QR code and enter the required information
including company name, first & last name, email address and cell number. Only one entry per
person/facility will be accepted for one test drive only.
6. Participants signing up for the test drive will receive a pet bed for a 30-day trial.
7. At the end of 30 days, if you are satisfied with the pet bed and its performance you may purchase
for $499.99
8. If you are not satisfied you agree to pay the freight and send the pet bed. back to Pet
Therapeutics.
9. Accepted Test Drive Winners will be notified via text message, email or voice
to the cell phone number provided. Your personal information will not be shared
with a 3rd party but may be used for promotional mailing by Pet Therapeutics.
10. Test Drive Details: The 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Sofa will include one per each hotel
unless other arrangements have been agreed to. The retail value of each sofa is $499.99.
11. Drawing Ticket Price: There is no ticket and no cost to enter the 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge
Sofa. This is not a raffle, no cost to enter.
12. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter the 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge
Sofa. Scan the QR code and enter the required information.
13. Winner Notification: The 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Sofa winners will be notified by text
message, Email, or voice call by June 30, 2024
14. Winner Publicity: By entering the 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Sofa, the winner agrees their
name or likeness may be used for publicity purposes and any
related requirements.
15. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities: The 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Sofa winner is
solely responsible for all taxes or legal obligations related to the prize.

all disputes.

or administered by any other organization or company except Pet Therapeutics.
c. Liability and Indemnification: By entering the 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Sofa
Drawing you agree that Pet Therapeutics and their representatives or agents are the final
arbitrators of disputes.
d. Void Where Prohibited: The 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Sofa Drawing is void
where prohibited by law.
