1. Eligibility: Open to any pet hotel, pet resort, pet lodging facility, or veterinary practice in the Continental United States.
2. Age Requirement: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States.
3. Entry Method: Entrants must be able to scan the provided QR code.
4. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person and company will be accepted.
5. Entry Guidelines: To enter, scan the QR code and provide the required information, including company name, first and last name, email address, phone number, and credit card information.
6. Credit Card Information: The provided credit card will only be charged if the pet bed is not returned within 45 days of receiving the shipment, or if other arrangements are made with Pet Therapeutics in advance.
7. Entry Limit Per Facility: Only one entry per person or facility is allowed for one test drive unless other arrangements are made in advance.
8. Test Drive Participation: Entrants who sign up for the test drive will receive a single pet bed (#CO3374KD-BRN) for a 30-day trial.
9. Purchase Option: At the end of the 30-day trial, if satisfied with the product’s performance, entrants may purchase the pet bed for $499.99.
10. Return Policy: If not satisfied, entrants agree to pay return shipping and send the product back to Pet Therapeutics at: Pet Therapeutics, One Entin Road #7A, Clifton, NJ 07014.
11. Notification: Test Drive entrants will be notified via text, email, or phone call using the contact information provided. Personal information will not be shared with third parties but may be used for promotional mailings by Pet Therapeutics.
12. Test Drive Details: Each pet hotel will receive one ProEdge Pet Bed for the 30-day trial unless other arrangements are made in advance. The retail value of the pet bed is $499.99, or as published on the PetTherapeutics.net website.
13. Entry Fee: There is no fee or ticket required to enter the 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Pet Bed. This is not a raffle, and no purchase is necessary to participate.
14. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter the 30-Day Test Drive of a ProEdge Pet Bed. Simply scan the QR code and provide the required information.
15. Entrant Notification: Entrants of the 30-Day Test Drive will be notified via text, email, or phone call within 30 days of submitting their entry.
16. Publicity: By entering the test drive, entrants agree that their name or likeness may be used for publicity purposes.
17. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities: Entrants are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to the prize.
18. Test Drive Purpose: The 30-Day Test Drive is conducted by Pet Therapeutics as a promotional event.
19. Compliance with Laws: All entrants must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
20. Amendments: Pet Therapeutics reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the 30-Day Test Drive and may substitute products if necessary.
21. Terms and Conditions of Participation:
a. Disputes: Any disputes must be submitted in writing via email to info@pettherapeutics.net. Pet Therapeutics’ decision is final in all matters.
b. Disclaimer: The 30-Day Test Drive is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any organization other than Pet Therapeutics.
c. Liability and Indemnification: By entering the test drive, entrants agree that Pet Therapeutics and its representatives are the final arbiters in any disputes.
d. Void Where Prohibited: The 30-Day Test Drive is void where prohibited by law.
